Automatic emails will alert you as you near your monthly limit. Upgrading your account plan is required to maintain uninterrupted video access. Without an upgrade, videos will stop showing until your next billing cycle.
If you've selected a plan during your 7-days trial, you'll be charged at the end of it. If not, you'll have a window of up to two weeks after your free trial finishes to upgrade your account before it is deleted.

No. There is a 300mb upload limit (usually corresponding to 10-min videos) upon importing a video in Vidjet. We’re happy to provide a custom plan if you need a bigger size limit. Feel free to contact us.
Yes, we do provide an agency portal, allowing agencies to manage subaccounts from a single interface. Agencies can choose to give access to their client to a certain subaccount, or not. People with access to a subaccount will have the same interface as a classic Vidjet customer.
